How do I return an item?
Just let us know what the product is, and an order reference – we will do the rest.
Once we have confirmed what we are collecting, and where from, we will arrange a collection with a courier, and have it returned to us.
Do I need to pay the freight?
No. All returns are free – we want to make this as simple as possible for you!
Will a damaged or used item be credited or refunded?
If the return is being made due to a fault or issue with the product, we will definitely credit or refund you.
However, if there is just normal wear and tear, we cannot refund or credit you. Every situation is different, so feel free to ask.
