How do I return an item?
Foodcare accepts returns of any item*. If you just provide us with an order reference – we will do the rest.
Once we have confirmed what we are collecting and where from, we will arrange a collection with the
courier and have it returned to us.
Items are credited once they have been received into our warehouse.
Change of mind or incorrectly ordered
These items will incur a $15.00 or $35.00 return cost.
Will a damaged or used item be credited or refunded?
If the return is being made due to a fault or issue with the product, we will definitely credit or refund you.
However, if there is just normal wear and tear, we cannot refund or credit you. Every situation is different
so feel free to ask!
*Made-to-order items, including the below, will incur a 25% restocking fee as well as returned freight costs.
